 connect what grows in the ground with what lands on the plate. Students ex

 ng the science of freshness\, flavour\, and seasonality alongside practica
 l kitchen technique.\n\n**Tuition Policy**\nTuition reflects full-session 
 enrollment and covers materials\, instructor planning\, and scheduling. Th
