About This Event
Crochet Club is a monthly drop-in program for ages 10+ where all skill levels can create, connect, and trade supplies. Basic crochet experience/knowledge is recommended, as instruction is not the primary focus and cannot be guaranteed. New to crochet? Start with a 6mm hook and size 4 worsted weight yarn (available at any craft store). You can visit https://thewoobles.com/pages/crochet-tutorials to learn the basics such as holding the hook and yarn, making a slip knot, yarn over, chain stitch, and single crochet. Other fiber artists who do embroidery, knitting, cross-stitch, needle felting, etc. are welcome to join us and hang out for the duration of the program - please note that no instruction will be given on these topics.
