- Per family or per person, a supply fee, a semester fee, add-ons, a minimum per order.
- Card checkout on your own Stripe account, not a personal Venmo. Stripe verifies your identity; Famlo never sees it.
- Your billing manager sees who's paid, without asking anyone. Cash and check can be recorded too, on the Platform plan.

At the door
The allergy list where the helper can see it. Not your books.
- Allergies, medical notes and who may collect a child, held on the child and shown to the roles that need them.
- Access follows the registration or membership and closes when it ends.
- Your own sign-up questions and agreements, answered at registration and kept with it.

- Where you meet, what's on and who's teaching, public, with no login to read it.
- Announcements go by email to registrants or members. Cancel a class once and everyone registered is told.
- Keep your Facebook group for recruiting. Stop running the roster inside it.

The night before the field trip
Registered means confirmed. Full means closed.
- Capacity per class, counted on real registrations instead of head counts.
- A full class is closed, not queued: families save it, and when a seat frees up every saver is told at once.
- Check-in at the door, attendance per session, and a printable QR code for self check-in.

Step Up invoices that don't get sent back.
- One invoice per child, in the student's name, period by period. Draft, sent, on hold and paid on every one.
- The family submits it to the program. You're reminded when one has waited three weeks, and you see every unpaid invoice and how long it has waited.
- Famlo doesn't speed up the program. It keeps your side clean. Scholarship plan.

And when you do want new families.
Set yourself Hidden when you're full and the map stops showing you; your link keeps working. You're never obliged to grow; Famlo just makes it possible when you want to. If we already list you, claim it, and once we verify, it's yours.
Let's get the awkward stuff out of the way.
“We already have a Facebook group.”
Keep it. It's where new families find you. It just can't tell you who's paid or hold the official copy of the week, and when Facebook is down so is your only channel. Famlo is the record.
“Our families won't download another app.”
They don't need one to see your schedule. A public link works in a text message. The families who want the app get the app; everyone else gets the information.
“What happens to our data?”
We don't sell it, and Famlo never asks for Social Security numbers; Stripe verifies your identity itself. Export your rosters, registrations, attendance and ledger as CSV, then schedule deletion from a button. It's gone in 30 days, no ticket needed.
“We run a vendor hall. Teachers bill families directly.”
Then leave payments exactly where they are. The roster, the schedule and announcements are free whether or not money ever moves through Famlo.
“We're not ready to move payments.”
Most groups start with the roster and the week, and leave payments where they are. Move them when you're ready, or never.

Do we have to use Famlo for payments?
No. Everything else works whether or not money ever moves through us.
Is this for drop-off programs or parents-stay co-ops?
Either. Famlo doesn't assume who stays. Your handbook does.
Can teachers manage their own classes?
Yes. Assign a teacher to a class and they see that roster, and nothing else.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Scholarship tooling is deepest in Florida, because that's where the money is most complicated.
What if we leave?
Export your ledger, registrations, rosters and attendance as CSV, then schedule deletion. It's gone in 30 days. No exit fee.
