About This Event
Reconnect and reclaim the ancient tradition of braiding and head wrapping. Isis Brantley, matriarch of the Black ancestral, natural hair movement will be hosting a camp for young girls and boys ages 8-13 to learn the practice of braiding and head wrapping. Though the focus will be on traditions from Africa, children of all ethnicities are welcome to join.
