FITT Kids - Ages 5-10

6-Week Session | Tuesdays & Thursdays (Twice Weekly) Offered in partnership with The Homeschool Hangar and led by certified trainer Coach Jami at The FITT House, FITT Kids is a high-energy fitness program designed specifically for homeschoolers! Meeting twice per week for 6 weeks, students will build strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and coordination through weight training, plyometrics, and dynamic movement, all in a fun and supportive gym environment. Classes are split by age to ensure developmentally appropriate instruction. Each class is capped at 6 students, with a minimum of 4 to run.
