Long-time LaGrange resident Kaye Lanning Minchew will be speaking on Franklin Delano Roosevelt's time in Georgia. She will be discussing her book, "A President in Our Midst: Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Georgia," and the related documentary. Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 32nd President of the United States, had a special relationship with the people of Georgia. This compelling documentary spotlights the mutual benefits that the friendship provided to both the President and the people of Georgia.
