Physical Education & Fitness - Ages 10-12

Physical Education & Fitness course designed to get homeschool students active while building confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits. Classes will include fitness, competitive games, sports, coordination, and age-appropriate strength and movement activities. Physical Education teaches students how to move, play, and participate in physical activity, while fitness helps them develop the strength, endurance, coordination, and healthy habits to do it well. Meets twice weekly (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for a 6-week session. Catalyst Community Wellness partners with Little Lotus Learning offering tutoring pods after each PE & Fitness Class.
