About This Event
Discover how yoga can help kids to integrate their bodies and their brains so they can manage big feelings and move confidently! Children ages 2 to 5 can start learning all about the wonders of yoga from Katy of Lark & Evergreen at during out monthly sessions. Katy will lead the kids through some basic yoga moves, read a story tying into themes of mindfulness, and help them have some fun in the process. Sponsored by the Lochwood Branch Library Friends.
