East County Craft Club: Iced Latte Soap

Join the Craft Club for an instructor-led craft class at the East County Regional Library. This month crafters will make make melt and pour soap with layers, imbeds, and exfoliants creating iced latte soap. Registration required. This program is intended for teens and adults.
