Sewing Class - Need a Sewing Machine

Always wanted to learn how to sew? Well, now is your chance! Join Rachael and Lisa to learn at our beginning sewing class! This time, we will be learning how to sew a basic book sleeve which will keep your book safe on the go. Hurry and sign up as there is a limit of 18 slots for registration! Need a sewing machine to participate? No problem, the library will have a few on hand for use, simply register under the “need a machine” option on the calendar. Have a sewing machine, but don’t know how to use it? No problem, show up at 4:30 pm and we will help get you ready for the class! The main event will be from 5:00-6:30 pm. Registration for both options is required. Registration opens on July 15th at 10:00 am. Participants must be at least 15 years or older to participate. The supplies for this class are provided by the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.
