PVB Kids Costume Parade

It's time for our ANNUAL costume parade! Join us OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOORS before opening to line up for the parade. We will line up and enter the branch as soon as the doors open. Kids and their caregivers will parade around the library and get special treats. No food or candy will be given out. Bags will be provided if needed.
