About this activity

It’s easy to eat a lot of veggies in the summer, but in the winter it can become more difficult. There isn’t as much variety of fresh veg, and when it's cold out, the last thing you want is a cold, crispy salad. The answer is the warm winter salad: using seasonal veggies, roasted toppings, and a warm savory dressing. Enjoy this hearty winter favorite while learning some healthy holiday tips with a registered dietitian. This class is provided through our partnership with Carroll Hospital.
