About this activity
In this hands-on class, participants will make the classic French Croque Monsieur, layered with ham, cheese, and a creamy mornay sauce. Enjoy this cozy café favorite, along with simply dressed greens, while learning the techniques that make it so delicious. Please indicate if you would like ham or turkey in your registration.
