About this activity
Family Yoga offers a fun and engaging curriculum that motivates kids to be active, build confidence, and manage emotions. Combining traditional yoga with singing, dancing, and storytelling, Family Yoga makes yoga enjoyable for kids! Please bring a towel or mat. Registration required. Ages 5-12. Parent/guardian must be in attendance.
