About this activity
This class series is designed to teach ages 13 and up basic skills that will help them in life. Meets on the first Wednesday of the month, and covers a different topic each class, bringing in experts from the community to help teach. Come to all or pick and choose. Classes are free, and all supplies (if needed) are provided, but donations are welcome. Life skills will cover: Sep 2, 2026- How to rock this school year Oct 7, 2026- How to defend yourself Nov 4, 2026- How to prevent fires Dec 2, 2026- How to not crash out over the holidays Jan 6, 2027- How to be safe online Feb 3, 2027- How to say no March 3, 2027- How to prepare for college April 7, 2027- How to speak in public May 5, 2027- How to not crash out on the regular
