Local Author Storytime - Rita Pilgrim

Join local author Rita Pilgrim as she reads her debut picture book, Matthew Discovers Alphabet Planet! Rita’s debut picture book, Matthew Discovers Alphabet Planet, follows young Matthew on an extraordinary journey to a planet where letters come to life. As he explores a lively world of sounds and surprises, Matthew discovers how letters connect and build words — inspiring young readers to see learning to read as an exciting adventure instead of a challenge. Rita Pilgrim is a wife, mother, and medical coding professional whose greatest passion is helping children discover the joy of reading. She wrote Matthew Discovers Alphabet Planet to help her own son learn to read with confidence — and hopes it sparks that same love of reading in children everywhere. This is a community event.
