About this activity
This is a two-day class. On day one we will make our puff pastry dough, learning the lamination process and how this will give our Danishes the classic "honeycomb" look. We will also make an apple filling for day two. On day two, we will roll out our puff pastry and learn how to make croissants, pinwheels, envelopes, and turnovers.
