Pumpkin Decorating Contest - Last Day for Submissions!

Get festive & creative this fall! Transform a miniature pumpkin into a beloved literary character, a famous film star, a mighty superhero, a dastardly villain, a classic book cover – let your imagination take charge, and give it a makeover that’ll make it stand out in the pumpkin patch! CONTEST RULES Must be age 13 or older to participate Pumpkins must be less than 6 inches in height and width One submission per person - Completed entry form required Real pumpkins may NOT be punctured, carved, or hollowed out Please make sure all paint, glue, etc. has completely dried before drop-off IMPORTANT DATES October 5-17: Deliver your pumpkin, with completed entry form, to the Niceville Library during normal business hours October 19-24: Library visitors can view submissions and vote for their favorite pumpkin October 27: Winners revealed - Top 3 receive a prize October 31: Retrieve your pumpkin no later than 2:00 pm Pick up an entry form at the front desk, or download a copy from the "Attachments" section of this event.
