December's Book: A Friend For Fox By Enrico Lorenzi This delightful twist on a bedtime picture book introduces readers to the unknowingly nocturnal Fox, whose late-night cocoa cravings take him on a journey in search of someone—anyone!—who is still awake to share a cup. Fox loves drinking cocoa with his friends. There’s just one problem: When the sun starts to go down and Fox is wide awake and craving chocolate—everyone else is heading off to bed! So Fox sets off in search of a friend to share his cocoa with. He comes across a topsy-turvy turtle, a bear in a sticky situation, plus more potential pals, but they’re all too sleepy for a late-night cup of cocoa. What is Fox to do?
