Mary Esther Library takes registration on their own site
Your Famlo RSVP saves the date and reminds you — it does not hold a spot. Their programs often fill up well before the date, so check whether places are left.
About this activity
Discover the sights and sounds of nature at night with Nonie of Nonie’s Animal Encounters. She will be guiding a night walk at Oak Tree Nature Park for Mary Esther Library. The program will last around 1.5 hours and begin at the Library at 4:30pm. If you need to meet us at the park a little late please make a note in your registration, we don't want anyone to miss out! This is our tween/teen and adult event, families with children under 12 have their adventure scheduled for Tuesday the 10th. We will explore for nocturnal and sometimes elusive creatures such as fox, owls, flying squirrels and bats! Please bring a flashlight or headlamp for everyone in your party to light the walkway, Nonie will have a spotlight. The trail is wide and mostly flat but there are tree roots as expected and we will be crossing the street at the crosswalk.
